We try to display our products, colours, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in size or fabric may occur. Please check the size chart and product details before ordering. We may update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change at any time without notice. We may correct pricing errors, and if a price error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

5. Placing and Confirming Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only after we confirm it, which may be done by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email. We may ask you to verify your details before dispatch. We may cancel or refuse any order, including because of stock shortage, pricing errors, incorrect details, suspected fraud, or if we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts.

6. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or other methods. You must pay the full order amount to the courier when your parcel is delivered. Please keep the exact amount ready. Customers who repeatedly place orders and refuse to accept delivery may be blocked from placing future orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan through our courier partner, PostEx. Delivery times shown on the Site or given to you are estimates, usually 3 to 7 working days, and may vary by city, courier workload, weather, or other events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you. Please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable so the courier can contact you.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Accounts and Accurate Information

You are responsible for giving accurate name, phone, and address details when ordering. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete information.

You agree not to:

  • Place fake or fraudulent orders, or use someone else's details without permission
  • Try to hack, disrupt, or damage the Site or its security
